What type of makeup do you use?
We use a variety of makeup brands from reputable, socially responsible companies. A few favorites are: RCMA, Ben Nye, Graftobian, NARS, MAC and ColourPop.
Do lashes come with the service?
Yes, lashes are provided with all services. The artist will use her discretion and choose the best option based on what she has available. Feel free to bring your favorite with you if you'd like! You can also purchase premium lashes, provided by EgoLashes.com, in our studio.
How long do the lashes last?
We use STAR lash adhesive (NEVER weave glue). We recommend taking the lashes off before bed by simply pulling them gently from outer to inner corner. Clients have worn them for days although this is beyond our recommendation.
Do you provide lipstick to go?
We provide the longest-wearing lipstick possible. History has proven that most clients rarely used the lipstick swatch that was given to them or just simply threw it away so we have stopped giving to-go swatches.
How can I be sure that the color will match my skin?
We have a wide array of foundation shades and powders to match all skin tones. You can also view the photos on our Instagram page (linked below) to view the clientele we have serviced that has a similar tone to yours. If you're still unsure, you may request a virtual consultation with our artist!
How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online by clicking "Services" in the Navigation Bar. We ask that you please check the website for availability before calling or texting, we keep the schedule up to date at all times. Any calls, texts or social media messages requesting appointments will be redirected to the website.
Can I book an appointment outside of the posted hours?
Yes! Please request the appointment time you'd like via the contact form below, a call or text and you will be provided a special link to book your appointment.
Will you come to my home/location for a non-bridal service?
We sure can! It will be double the cost of the service. For example; The Naturally Glam Experience + Travel will be $170 versus the $85 in-studio option. This cost includes locations within a 30 mile radius of our studio address: 3420 Rusk, #5, Houston, TX 77003. The travel fee will be waived for a group of 4 or more. (Non-bridal service)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. NO CHECKS. Cash tips are appreciated.
Do I have to put down a deposit?
We require payment for the full amount of your service upon booking your appointment. We do this so you can truly enjoy every moment of your service experience. Cash tips are greatly appreciated.
How long will the makeup last?
We guarantee it will last for at least 10-12 hours. We always recommend washing your face before bed. Clients have worn makeup for 1-2 days but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or breakouts beyond the recommended time.
Can I use my own makeup?
Sure you can! This choice does not affect the price, sorry.
How do I wash it off?
We recommend using a makeup remover wipe first, then washing your face with your favorite facial soap and warm water.

How come you don't answer Instagram/Facebook direct messages?
All of our information is available here on our website. A response via social media is not guaranteed as there is an overflow of messages. The fastest and most efficient way to connect is through the website or via email.
